Where can I find contact information for the Current supervisors?

On the home page click on Town Board. All the contact information is nlisted.
What is the cycle/time period for meeting minutes to be published on this site? Seems like there is a lot of inconsistancy and takes 2+ months or more for previous minutes to get posted. I would think posting last months minutes prior to the current months meeting would be attainable (30 days+/-).
Are we able to attend the meetings?
